Ova: Directing a stop-motion animation with narrative by spoken-word artist David Rosen, and music by pianist Charles Segal. This project is currently in production.

Walden: Directed an experimental dance performance video featuring choreographer/dancer Dorian Rose. This project is currently in post-production.

Taught adults archival practices for scrapbooking and journaling, as well as basicconcepts of design and layout.

Mixed Media Instructor - Teen Portfolio Class
Taught basic methods of combining a variety of wet and dry media on paper, collage, and collograph printmaking to small group of high school students. Advised students in portfolio preparation for college. Assisted students in preparing, exhibiting and selling their work at the First Annual SoWa ArtWalk in Boston.

Photoshop Instructor
Taught basics of Adobe Photoshop 7 to diverse groups of students. Special focus on text effects for export to Final Cut Pro video editing software.

Fletcher-Maynard Academy, Cambridge, MA

After School Art Teacher - 3D Mixed-Media
Taught small groups of 4th-8th grade students. Projects included; polymer and air-dry clay sculpting, and papier mache lantern making. Finished lanterns were used in World AIDS Day Medicine Wheel installation at BCA.

Taught diverse groups of students basic methods and practices for creating broadcast graphics in a digital television studio utilizing Inscriber software on a PC system.

Photoshop Instructor
Taught basics of Adobe Photoshop 5, 6 & 7 to diverse groups of students. Covered usage for web, print, and video.

Computer Lab Intern
Provided support and maintenance for PC and Macintosh computers, as well as network and peripheral equipment, such as printers, scanners, and DVD burners. Assisted users of all skill levels in learning a variety of graphics, multimedia, and office software.

Cablecast Intern
Provided production assistance for BeLive Studio broadcasts. Loading/Unloading tapes and monitoring performance of TiltRac system. Quality control of audio/video signals for three broadcast channels.

Taught undergraduate introduction to desktop publishing. Developed series of projects designed to provide students with creative experimentation while mastering basic computer/graphic design skills. Macintosh platform utilizing Adobe Pagemaker 6.5 and Adobe Photoshop 4.

Maryland Art Place, Baltimore, MD
A non-profit visual and performing arts organization featuring exhibits, workshops, an artist slide registry and resource center, and multi-disciplinary performance venue.
Development Assistant / Slide Registry Coordinator
Assisted in organization of special events, researching and preparing draft proposals/grants, and preparing donor solicitations. Solicited in-kind donations of equipment and supplies from local merchants. Managed member database, and facilitated transition to Memex membership management software. Generated monthly, quarterly, and yearly fundraising reports for staff and board use. Produced quarterly newsletter and artists resource bulletin. Consolidated and maintained statewide artist slide registry.
